Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order promptly, with careful packing and cost-effective carriers.

At the same time, every wholesale order we receive is different.  Many of our products are made to order, and subject to variable lead times.

Therefore, we charge for shipping at cost, and will keep you informed of delivery lead time.

When you place an order with us, shipping is accurately calculated for the delivery address and packaging required for weights 0-2kg, 2-5kg, 5-10kg, and 10-15kg.

To ensure accurate shipping costs for orders over 15kg, we charge a Large Order Deposit when the order is placed, and then invoice you for additional shipping costs at the time of dispatch.

For orders outside the UK, the customer is reponsible for payment of all local taxes and duties on import to their location.
